Tail Great Now was created by Chris Exarhos on August 20, 2009. The idea was conceived before a round of golf on November 15, 2008. Chris finally grew tired of putting on his golf shoes standing up. Sitting on the bumper of his SUV was not an option since it was dirty and his feet didn’t reach the ground. He really didn’t want to carry a folding chair to sit on while changing shoes since folding chairs would clutter up the back of his SUV. How did he solve this problem?

He looked at his 1.25″ x 1.25″ trailer hitch receiver and knew there had to be a way to make a portable, stylish, and comfortable bench utilizing the receiver.

After months of thinking, sketching, and research; the Tail Great Bench was born. Whether you are a golfer like Chris and need a bench to change your shoes, or you are one of millions who tailgate, or like to enjoy the outdoors, the Tail Great Bench by Tail Great Now will meet your portable seating needs in both style and comfort.
